Privacy policy
Your privacy matters to us. Here's exactly how we handle your information.
Last updated: August 2026
1. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to provide our services: your name, contact details (such as your WhatsApp number), and order details. We do not collect payment card numbers — payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
2. How we use your information
Your information is used to process orders, activate subscriptions, deliver digital products, provide customer support, and keep you informed about your account. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
3. Communication
By placing an order, you agree to be contacted through the channel you provided (typically WhatsApp) regarding your order, delivery, and support. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by letting us know.
4. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it to perform their duties.
5. Cookies & analytics
Our website may use basic analytics and functional cookies to understand how visitors use the site and to improve the experience. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.
6. Third-party services
We may use trusted third-party services for payment processing, analytics, and email or messaging delivery. These providers handle your data only to perform their services and in accordance with applicable law.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. To make such a request, contact us on WhatsApp and we will respond promptly.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
9. Contact
If you have any questions about this privacy policy or how your data is handled, please contact us on WhatsApp and a member of our team will assist you.
